ticuan is a fantastic spot! it's really close to downtown and the nightlife, which is perfect. the gym on the 4th floor is awesome too. the staff, especially at the front desk, were super helpful and accommodating. they managed to give us all rooms on the same floor and let us check in early. no complaints about the restaurant either!

Convenient stay with comfy beds

Had a nice time here. The reception staff are super friendly and usually have an English speaker around to help out. The free breakfast was decent, and I took advantage of the gym and spa services, both were really nice! But the shower kinda sucked. it barely got warm enough for me.

We had a wonderful mini moon! The free breakfast was tasty, though it was the same every day. The bed in our Master Suite was exceptionally comfy, ensuring a restful night.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with a late departure during my first stay, and they always treat guests kindly. I recommend it for a cozy stay!
